STEPS

Guess who took a step today? You wouldn't guess in a millionth of second. Ok, you just did, it's Mackenzie. She took approximately 3 steps and now she is sitting up in her big chair like a boss. Disney channel is her best friend at the moment and she's demanding food. However last night she had an episode where she threw up all clear liquids given. And It wasn't so clear after all. It favored her weekend meal of broccoli. So, today she remains on the same diet, with the hopes of graduating to solid foods. She's an amazing little girl and I wouldn't trade her for the world. She's a strong, tough cookie 💙 #scoliosis is just a way of saying she's different yet special.
